The buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging and the completeness of the goods upon receipt.
In the event of:
• packaging damage;
• mechanical damage to the goods;
• incompleteness —
it is necessary to draw up an appropriate report with a representative of the delivery service or postal operator directly upon receipt of the shipment.
Claims regarding mechanical damage after receipt of goods may not be accepted.
Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".
The buyer has the right to return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that:
• the product has not been used;
• the product appearance, completeness, and packaging are preserved;
• there are no traces of installation, connection, or use;
• seals, stickers, and factory markings are preserved.
Refunds are made by the same method as the payment was made, within 14 business days after the seller receives and inspects the goods.
The seller has the right to refuse a return or exchange in the following cases:
• presence of traces of use or installation;
• mechanical damage due to the buyer's fault;
• violation of completeness;
• damage to packaging or serial numbers;
• expiry of the legally established return period.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided contact details and delivery address.
The seller is not liable for:
• delivery delays due to the fault of the carrier or postal services;
• inability to deliver due to incorrectly provided buyer data;
• temporary technical failures of payment systems or delivery services.
